Tenth Annual 5K Wild Goose Chase Proceeds Awarded
Members of the Currituck Wild Goose Rotary Club were recently invited to join a meeting of the Moyock Ruritan Club to award funds raised from the 2008 10th Annual 5K Wild Goose Chase. The two clubs partnered last October to hold the race that raised over $6900. The funds were donated to the Special Olympics of Currituck County, the Moyock Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Albemarle Region Disaster Relief Fund.
